Rick McDaniel
Senior Pastor

Rick is the founding Pastor of the Glen Allen Community Church. He holds an advanced degree from Duke University, has authored two books and has spoken on five different continents. His talks focus on various aspects of motivation and leadership.

Additionally, Rick and his wife Michelle of 20 years, have two sons.


Randy Buckland
Pastor of Small Groups and Lay Ministries

Randy is the Pastor of Small Groups and Lay Ministries at Glen Allen Community Church. He completed his Master of Divinity degree at Baptist Theological Seminary at Richmond. He has served in several churches in various capacities

Randy is married and has a son. They enjoy camping, crabbing and the beach.


Joey Jones
Pastor of Worship and Youth

Joey is the Pastor of Worship and Youth at Glen Allen Community Church. He graduated from Clemson University and has been working with youth for over ten years and has served in several churches. He is currently pursuing his Master of Divinity at Liberty University.

Joey is married and has three children. He has a love for all things technological and a passion for worship through the arts.

Alan Phillips
Pastor of Children's MInistries

Alan is the Pastor of Children�s Ministries at Glen Allen Community Church. He graduated from Midwest Bible College and has been working with children for over nine years and has served in several churches. He loves to dream up bigger and better ways to effectively and relevantly minister to kid�s and their families.

Alan is married and has three children. He enjoys golf and spending time with his family.

Debbie Rose-Martin
Preschool Director

Debbie is the Director of Promseland Preschool. She has a bachelor degree in Social Work from VCU Debbie and her husband, Michael, of 15 years have one son and two daughters. She loves working with children. She is a Girl Scout Troop leader for her older daughter. She enjoys gardening and decorating, and loves going to the beach.
